Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Operations Associate.
You will directly contribute to the efficiency and growth of our Talent as a Service business.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in operations and human resources.
No prior experience required – freshers are welcome to apply!
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Managing candidate communication and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assisting with the preparation of offer letters and new hire paperwork.
Conducting background checks and verifying candidate references.
Assisting with onboarding activities for new hires.
Managing data and records in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Assisting with ad-hoc growth projects as needed.
Basic knowledge of computer science/engineering, support/operations, or recruitment is a plus.
